Must stay clear and neutral in an acidic matrix and survive thermal processing. Hydrolysed collagen does not denature under heat or low pH, which is why it works here where whey does not.
Commonly C, B6 and B12 for energy and skin positioning. Stability through shelf life needs checking for each.
Citrus dominates the category because acidity suits the peptide and the positioning suits the consumer.

What this format demands of the peptide
This is a specification problem before it is a beverage problem. We would expect to agree a clarity target at your intended pH, a molecular weight distribution tight enough to avoid haze, and ash low enough that minerals do not precipitate over shelf life. A peptide that performs perfectly in a jar can fail here.

Dose per bottle is constrained by viscosity and taste, not just cost. There is a practical ceiling, and we will tell you where it sits before you design the label.
