Contract Manufacturing
Your specification. Our process. Every batch.
We produce marine collagen peptide and hydroxyapatite to a defined and agreed specification rather than to a generic grade.
Manufacturing to a contracted specification
Where a formulation requires a particular molecular weight range, ash limit or solubility profile, that becomes the contracted specification for your lot — not an aspiration, but the number each batch is released against.
Production runs from a written specification sheet, with release testing on every batch and retention samples held for the full shelf life plus one year. Feedstock is segregated by species and tissue at source, so what enters a batch is documented before production begins.
Who this suits
- Brands that need a consistent ingredient and cannot risk batch variation
- Contract manufacturers supplying several client brands from one ingredient
- Formulators whose product depends on a specific molecular weight profile
- Buyers who need documentation their own customers will audit
What we contract on
- Protein content and molecular weight distribution
- Ash, moisture and heavy metal limits
- Microbiological specification
- Colour, odour and solubility behaviour
- Lot size, lead time and release documentation
How production works today
We control the feedstock
Segregated, species-identified scale from named suppliers, screened on arrival against acceptance criteria including heavy metals.
Production at a qualified partner
Commercial-scale manufacture through toll partners working to our specification, with our quality presence during production runs.
We release the batch
Certificate of analysis issued by us, against the agreed specification, with rejection liability defined in the manufacturing contract.
